Recently, Hitachi Elevator won the bidding of four city landmark projects, namely Ningbo Center Building, Hangzhou West Station Hub North Complex, Guangzhou Knowledge Tower and Shenzhen Byte Dance Houhai Center, with a total of 277 escalators, including 23 double-car elevators .
Ningbo Center Building
Ningbo Center Building is located in the core area of Ningbo East New Town, Zhejiang Province, with a height of 409 meters and a total construction area of about 240,000 square meters. The main building has 80 floors, and its business format includes international Grade A office buildings and the worlds top luxury super five-star Ritz-Carlton Hotel, which will become the tallest building in Zhejiang Province.
Hitachi Elevator provided 58 elevators and escalators for the project, including 5 double-car elevators and 2 super high-speed elevators with a speed of 10m/s.
Hangzhou West Station Hub North Complex
The Hangzhou West Station Hub North Complex has a construction area of approximately 600,000 square meters. The project integrates office, commercial, hotel and high landscape. It will be a super TOD model with integrated station and city and composite functions upon completion. One of the 400m towers will be the tallest building in Hangzhou.
Hitachi Elevator is providing 104 elevators for the project, including 5 double-car elevators and 2 super high-speed elevatorswith a speed of 10m/s.
Guangzhou Knowledge Tower
The Guangzhou Knowledge Tower is located in the middle of the north Jiulong Lake in Guangzhou Knowledge City. It is a benchmark project of cooperation between China and Singapore, with a planned design height of over 330 meters and internal planning of business offices, hotels and supporting commercial functions. It will be the tallest landmark building in the Knowledge City upon completion.
Hitachi Elevator is providing 96 elevators and escalators for the project, including 5 double-carelevators.
Shenzhen ByteDance Houhai Centre
Located in the Yuehai Street of Shenzhens Houhai District, with a construction area of 62,600 square meters and a height of 155 meters, the Shenzhen Byte Dance Houhai Centre will be the headquarter of Byte Dance in the Greater Bay Area. It will become an internationally competitive Internet research and development center upon completion.
Hitachi Elevator provided 19 elevators and escalators for the project, including 8 double-car elevators.
