Hitachi Elevator (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hitachi Elevator”) held the 17th Production Skills Competition and the 5th Suppliers Production Skills Competition at Guangzhou Science City Base on November 11. The competition witnessed the overwhelming response from across the country. A total number of 360 contestants participated in the competition to show their distinguished craftsmanship.

Through techniques aiming at reserving personnel resources and the state inspector training program intended to improve the technical level of skilled personnel, Hitachi Elevator opens up channels for the career development of skilled personnel. It refines on incentive policies for skilled personnel, thus cultivating a group of highly-skilled personnel and industrial workforce in the field of the elevator.
