On September 17, China Quality Association released on the announcement of the 2021 national quality benchmarking selection results, Hitachi Elevator (China) Co. (hereinafter referred to as Hitachi Elevator) was successfully selected as one of 2021 National Quality Management Benchmark by "improving the quality of GCC intelligent dynamic after-sales service".
The National Quality Management Benchmark is a national quality award led by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and organized by China Quality Association. It’s both a representation of the Chinese advanced level of quality management, and a demonstration of typical quality management for industries.
As one of the five enterprises selected to on behalf of "digitalization and intelligence", Hitachi Elevator shared its experience in the first phase of the National Quality Management Benchmark Online Communication Event in 2021 on September 25 to help more enterprises improve product and service quality.
With the three-level remote monitoring center at its core, Hitachis "GCC intelligent dynamic after-sales service quality improvement" collects and processes the massive elevator data in real time under the supervision of the governments intelligent platform. Combined with the big data analysis of the enterprises after-sales service system, it can implement dynamic adjustment of maintenance operation items, automatic fault report dispatching and parts replacement plan, and guides maintenance personnel to the ground so as to realize the whole business management of "customer elevator pre-diagnosis → 365*24-hour intelligent monitoring center → automatic dispatching plan → intelligent storage of spare parts → quality supervision of government and enterprise maintenance". At the same time, Hitachi Elevator applies itself to product quality improvement through big data analysis to provide customers with a better product experience.
