Sun Lijuan: Member of NJUPT Standing Committee of CPC, Vice President，Professor, PhD Supervisor
Professor Sun Lijuan, of the Han ethnic group, born in December 1963, was a representative of the 12th Party Congress of Jiangsu Province. She graduated from Nanjing Institute of Technology in July 1985 with a bachelor's degree in radio technology, then obtained her master's degree in signal, circuit and system from NJUPT in March 1988, stayed and eventually obtained a doctorate in Communications and Information in January 2008. She joined the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 1988 when she began to serve as deputy director of the Department of Computer Science and Technology. In July 2005, she held various posts successively such as deputy dean of the School of Computer Science, dean of the School of Computer Science, and dean of the School of Software. Minister of the Organization Department of the Party Committee, Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Party Committee, Executive Vice President of the Party School, and Vice President of the School of Socialism. In July 2013, she was promoted to be the Member of Standing Committee of the Party branch in the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. In September 2018, she embarked on the career as Vice President of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
Professor Sun has devoted to teaching and research work in computer related fields for many years, and was awarded the title of “Six talent peaks project” in Jiangsu Province, Academic Leader and leader of Science and Technology Innovation Team of “Qinglan Engineering project” in Jiangsu Province, and Famous Teacher of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Over 20 programs at or above the provincial level have been on the way to achieve or have achieved satisfactory results. She has published more than 80 academic papers in core academic journals sponsored by China and other countries, and compiled 4 monographs on publishing monographs.
